In my work, the most important concern for me is that people increase their well-being (physical, emotional, mental, spiritual) through the perception of their possibilities and limits.  So that they feel confident with their actions.


Team Development

I make sure that teams develop their working ability together by recognizing relevant contradictions, paradoxes and dilemmas and leading them to solutions. Respect for diversity is a crucial lever in this process.


Organizational Development

The focus of my consulting services is on the creation of structures that allow changes of paradigmn and variety of action. Leadership work then becomes a common concern alongside hierarchy. As a result self-determined action and use of personal strengths can be unfolded.
