In my work, the most important concern for me is that people increase their well-being (physical, emotional, mental, spiritual) through the perception of their possibilities and limits. So
that they feel confident with their actions.
I make sure that teams develop their working ability together by recognizing relevant contradictions, paradoxes and dilemmas and leading them to solutions. Respect for diversity is a crucial
lever in this process.
The focus of my consulting services is on the creation of structures that allow changes of paradigmn and variety of action. Leadership work then becomes a common concern alongside hierarchy. As a
result self-determined action and use of personal strengths can be unfolded.
