When other people give me feedback

about what makes me what I am,

then very often I get the terms clarity, courage, persistence and goal orientation, but also flexibility.

I see myself more as a dreamer, since this helps me to perceive possibilities, I usually have an intuitive image of the future in which I see my counterpart, whether it is a person, a team, a department or a company. My purpose is to accompany them on their way there.

What makes me different from others?

  • Time - which I have and take, for you the client, the customer.
  • high cognitive and emotional empathy, my clients feel that I understand their needs as well as by heart and spirit.
  • Variety of action, depending on the concern, requirement and context, I apply the approach that fits the situation and needs.

My focus is on the right things. Getting the right things right is in the hands of the client. I am happy to support the client in doing so if it is beneficial to the client's interests.

My life story

Shortly after my birth on 1966 my family moved to Tenerife, where I spent the first six years of my life growing up with my numerous Canarian relatives.

In Hamburg, however, I went to school and completed my studies of psychology with a focus on industrial and organizational psychology.

 In between I was able to gain insight into the Spanish university system on Tenerife by studying psychology for one year.

Afterwards I worked for various management consultancies for organisational development. There I was able to develop different profesional and cultural competences like

  •  the Expert for Personnel Assessment Procedures and Personnel Development
  •  a trainer of social skills and
  • a mediator, facilitator, process consultant up to
  • an executive coach with very different client


Since 2013 I have been working independently with great pleasure. In that year the agile world opened up to me through the framework Scrum and all the influences of the Business Model Generation, followed by Design Thinking and Kanban. What enthusiasm! Today, all experiences are consolidated in the approach of collegial leadership.

  • Currently I work as a consultant for agile organizational development.

Privately, I moved to Paderborn in 2004 for the sake of love. Meanwhile I feel very well here. I have two bonus and two own children. Our common late addition to the family still lives with us at home. Next year I will open my own office in Schloss Neuhaus in autumn. I am really looking forward to that.
